“One voice can change a room, and if one voice can change a room, then it can change a city, and if it can change a city, it can change a state, and if it change a state, it can change a nation, and if it can change a nation, it can change the world. Your voice can change the world.”

Do not forsake him O my darlings
On this year’s Election Day.
Do not forsake him O my darlings
Stay strong, stay strong.
That November day will bring a thriller.
If we are patriots we must be brave
And we must break down every filter
Or become cowards, craven cowards,
And carry this shame unto the grave.
O we’re torn ‘twixt fear and duty!
Suppose we lose the Republic’s beauty!
Look at that calendar move along
Nearing high noon.
They made vow at our beginning,
Vowed it they would give everything for winning
He’s not afraid to lead, but O,
What will we do if we fail him?
Do not forsake him O my darlings
We made a promise when we won.
Do not forsake him O my darlings
We may be grieving, but we can’t be leaving
Until we get these hard things done.
Stay strong, stay strong
Stay strong!
Stay strong!

“Our challenges may be new. The instruments with which we meet them may be new. But those values upon which our success depends – honesty and hard work, courage and fair play, tolerance and curiosity, loyalty and patriotism – these things are old. These things are true. They have been the quiet force of progress throughout our history. What is demanded then is a return to these truths. What is required of us now is a new era of responsibility – a recognition, on the part of every American, that we have duties to ourselves, our nation, and the world, duties that we do not grudgingly accept but rather seize gladly, firm in the knowledge that there is nothing so satisfying to the spirit, so defining of our character, than giving our all to a difficult task.”

On November 4, 2012, the fate of our country, of our children, and of soul of the Republic will be decided. Will we the people keep and pass on to our posterity the oldest and longest enduring constitutional republic in history or will it be sold to the highest bidders or stolen by the most treacherous operatives? The choice and the responsibility are ours!
